The below professional insurances are mandatory requirements and all are included in your contractor management fee. We save you time and cost by going to market on your behalf and arranging appropriate coverage for you.

Professional Indemnity

Professional Indemnity insurance provides coverage against any claims made against you for alleged negligence or breach of duty arising from an act, error or omission in the performance of professional services. It is a mandatory requirement of most organisations you are likely to work in and is included in your contractor management fee. We provide all contractors with Professional Indemnity insurance to a limit of $5 million.

Public Liability

Public Liability insurance protects you up to a stated limit if a third party sues you for personal injury, including death, or damage to property, as a result of an occurrence in connection with your activities. We provide all contractors with Public Liability insurance to a limit of $10 million.

Workers Compensation

Workers Compensation insurance is compulsory for all employers and we hold coverage as your employer. Any employee who suffers a work-related injury or disease is entitled to be compensated for medical and related expenses, as well as lost earnings, without having to first establish that the employer was at fault in some way.

In addition, employees who are able to show that they have a work-related injury or disease that is aggravated by work are also entitled to be compensated, or to receive workers compensation.
